Get ready, Disney fans—a standby queue has officially arrived at the Tron Lightcycle Run at Magic Kingdom. The previous virtual queue system is out, letting guests line up the old-fashioned way starting today, as reported by WFTV. Visitors can now wait patiently in line or dash to quickly purchase a $20 Lightning Lane Single Pass.
The wait time at the park's opening was just 45 minutes, but it swiftly accelerated to 105 minutes barely 15 minutes after the park opened, creating quite the scene underneath the futuristic canopy. The wait settled at around 70 minutes shortly after, according to details from WDWMAGIC.
Early risers staying at resort hotels didn't have Tron on their Early Entry list. Still, that minor detail didn't stop them from hopping into the queue as early as 8:30 am, thirty minutes before the general floodgates opened, per the report from WDWMAGIC.
We'll monitor the situation closely and provide updates as the standby experience evolves. We'll also provide all the necessary tips to help you plan your next cyber-charged adventure at Tron Lightcycle Run.
