Authorities in Needles responded to a domestic disturbance call on Wednesday, yielding an arrest for battery. According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department arrived at a residence on the 1600 block of Clary Drive at about 12:11 P.M. Following an investigation, they apprehended 18-year-old Angel Aragon, who was later found to have an outstanding warrant for public intoxication.
The victim’s identity has been kept confidential amidst the ongoing investigation. Aragon, the resident of Needles, was booked into the Colorado River Station jail, with bail set at $25,000.00. He remains in custody, facing charges stemming from a confrontation that led to his arrest on Wednesday.
