"I appreciate everyone’s patience as we made these improvements. We knew this project would be a big disruption for people on both sides of the Ohio River. We really appreciate the hard work of the contractor to complete this vital work safely and ahead of schedule," Dombrowski said in a statement obtained by the Ohio Department of Transportation.
