Tonight, Raleigh dwellers should anticipate areas of fog developing after 5 a.m. which could see their Sunday morning drives engulfed in a blanket of mist before 10 a.m., according to the report. The upcoming week is expected to usher in more sun, with temperatures reaching the low 80s on Monday and then dropping to the low-to-mid 70s until Friday.
In a statement obtained by the National Weather Service, "Areas of dense fog will be possible late tonight into Sunday morning." The outlook for the rest of the period from Sunday through to Friday is mostly free of hazardous weather concerns.
