
A tragic car crash in Milwaukee has resulted in serious injuries for two young children. The incident occurred yesterday, around 8 p.m., near the intersection of 81st and Hampton. According to FOX6 News, a car traveling westbound lost control and collided with two unoccupied vehicles before impacting a tree. Injuries sustained by the two 5-year-old passengers were severe enough to warrant immediate hospitalization.
TMJ4 has reported that the vehicles struck in the accident were legally parked. In the aftermath of the collision, the 34-year-old driver also required medical attention and was later taken into police custody. Charges against the driver are currently pending, awaiting review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
The identities of the injured children and their current condition have not been released to the public. Police have yet to disclose any potential causes or factors that might have contributed to the driver's loss of control. However, the investigation is actively ongoing, with law enforcement seeking to quickly establish and clarify the circumstances of the crash.
