Bucks County's district legal apparatus leveled more charges on Andrew Gallo, the man accused of drugging and sexually assaulting women he encountered via dating websites after additional victims stepped forward. According to the official statement from the Bucks County District Attorney's Office, Gallo now faces allegations of drugging six more individuals and raping five of them, expanding the case against him as reported by authorities on November 25, 2024.
At his preliminary hearing on November 25, which was conducted at the Criminal Justice Center before Magisterial District Judge Terrence Hughes, Gallo decided against contesting the charges, effectively waiving them to the Common Pleas Court and on that day, the Chief Deputy District Attorney Kristin M. McElroy presented an amended criminal complaint that included the new charges; Gallo has remained at the Bucks County Correctional Facility since his initial apprehension in September. Gallo faces his formal arraignment on December 27, as scheduled by Judge Hughes following the hearing.
