In a fashionable twist, a new hat is set to hit the field alongside the white garb. Fashioned with a red body and a blue bill, this cap will be an exclusive match for the white uniform set, a stark change from the all-blue hat with a red bill meant for all other outfits. A peek at the red alternate home uniform reveals a chest decorated with ‘Guardians,’ now in the club’s Bridge Print font, flanked by blue-white-blue piping, lending an updated feel to the ensemble, reported by WKYC.
The most dramatic alteration comes in the shape of the blue alternative road jersey. Ditching the 'Cleveland' across the front, it now showcases the 'Diamond C' emblem, a tribute to the franchise's jerseys adorning a 'C' from 1901 to 1945, including the ones from the 1920 World Series champs.
