On the morning of Saturday, November 23, local families will have the opportunity to receive a complimentary turkey to grace their holiday tables.
The event, dubbed the 2nd Annual Turkey Giveaway, is set to begin at 8 a.m. at the Liberty Park located in front of the North Las Vegas City Hall, 2250 Las Vegas Blvd. N. The mayor, Pamela Goynes-Brown, alongside council members, will be present to assist and ensure the distribution goes smoothly. Notably, not just turkeys but various breads will be provided, courtesy of Bimbo Bakeries, until the supplies run out.
