“Colorado is at the center of the space ecosystem, and companies like Astro Digital advance our leadership every day," Governor Polis said, as per OEDIT. These sentiments reflect the state's role as a hub of aerospace activity, with Astro Digital's choice to expand here further cementing its strategic industry positioning. Colorado boasts of 2,000 aerospace companies and the highest per capita aerospace employment in the United States.

The arrival of Astro Digital in Littleton is expected to have significant economic implications, with a promise of high-paying jobs that surpass the county's average annual wage. "The aerospace ecosystem and access to talent are major contributors in our decision to expand into Colorado,” said Astro Digital's CEO Chris Biddy, as obtained by OEDIT. As outlined by the Colorado Economic Development Commission, the state has approved up to $1,910,438 in job growth incentive tax credits over eight years, with the condition that the company hits its job creation and salary targets.

Highlighting the local economic potential of this expansion, OEDIT Executive Director Eve Lieberman said, "Satellites are critical to so many of technologies we depend on daily." These jobs aren't just numbers, they represent livelihoods for Coloradoans and a leap towards technological advancement. Further acclaim came from the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation's President Raymond H. Gonzales, who recognized Colorado's stature as the nation's leading aerospace hub and welcomed Astro Digital's decision to establish its headquarters in the state.
