The Philadelphia Police Department is actively seeking assistance from the community to help locate Byata Jahmeela Matthews, a 16-year-old girl reported missing since last Wednesday. Last seen at 4:30 p.m. on the 25XX block of North 28th Street.
Byata stands 5'1" with a weight of approximately 138 lbs., brown eyes, and shoulder-length straight black hair. The time of her last sighting had her clad in a pink and white jacket paired with black pants. The police bulletin states that she frequents the area around 20th and Susquehanna Avenue.
