Reflecting on his tenure, Frierson stated, "It has been the honor of my lifetime to serve as United States Attorney for the District of Nevada. I thank President Biden for nominating me and am grateful to Senator Catherine Cortez-Masto and Senator Jacky Rosen for their support and confidence in me to lead our team of dedicated public servants to carry out the Justice Department’s mission."
