Hundreds of menus have been released online and diners can look forward to a tiered pricing model - $25, $35, $45, and $55 for multi-course meals, as detailed by KDVR. Denver's Highlands neighborhood restaurant duo will be among those introducing the new $55 price point. Their offering includes seasonally appropriate farm-to-table favorites, sourced from local farms.
