The Henderson Police Department is reaching out to the public for help in tracking down two suspects linked to a spree of armed robberies last year. The crimes in question unfolded on the afternoon of April 18, 2024, with the perpetrators conducting a brazen theft of personal possessions. According to a news release, police were alerted to the first robbery at about 2:41 p.m. at 1 Club Side Drive, and shortly thereafter, another robbery took place near Beckler Drive and Eastern Avenue.
In both instances, the armed suspect made bold demands for the victims' watches, brandishing a black firearm as a menacing threat. The getaway, conducted in a pale-colored vehicle, witnessed the suspects flee the scene in a stolen white Hyundai, with the second suspect behind the wheel. The discarded vehicle was later discovered abandoned in Las Vegas.
Descriptive accounts from victims concur on the identity of the man with the firearm as a black male adult of medium build, seen wearing black footwear, characterized by either shoes or boots, as well as black pants and a black t-shirt. Surveillance footage gleaned from the vicinity of the recovered Hyundai Elantra bolstered these victim statements, with the video materials revealing visual confirmation of the suspect's attire and build.
Henderson police have released photographs of two individuals believed to be involved in recent robberies and are requesting assistance from the public. The images are being shared in an effort to gather information. Anyone with relevant details is asked to contact the Investigation Services Division at 702-267-4897, referencing case numbers 24-07633 and 24-07636.
