This morning, the Santa Rosa Police Department responded to an alarm at a marijuana dispensary located in the 3000 block of Wiljan Court. An alarm call with multiple activations was received around 2:44 am, leading officers to the premises, Santa Rosa Police reported. On arrival, law enforcement observed a suspicious gray Nissan Altima speeding from the scene.

Officers attempted to intercept the vehicle, but it fled northbound onto Corby Avenue, instigating a chase. The pursuit ventured onto southbound Highway 101 and stretched beyond city limits, all while additional police personnel confirmed the break-in at the dispensary, which suffered two shattered windows and stolen products. The California Highway Patrol later joined the endeavors, tactically deploying a tire deflation device that inevitably slowed the suspects' attempted escape.

The disabled vehicle finally stopped just before reaching the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge. In turn, Santa Rosa Police were able to apprehend all four of the Altima's occupants. Evidence linking them to the dispensary burglary, such as stolen merchandise and burglary tools, was found in the vehicle. The suspects have since been identified and booked at the Sonoma County Main Adult Detention Facility, facing various charges.

Olek Allamine Brown of Hayward, Omari Christopher Johnson of San Francisco, Ranjeet Singh of Castro Valley, and Jaylan Arthur William Burton of Union City, all in their early twenties, are the alleged culprits. Their charges range from burglary and conspiracy to possession of stolen property and burglary tools. Notably, Johnson also had an outstanding felony warrant. The swift coordination between local and state law enforcement in this incident was acknowledged by SRPD, "Thank you to the California Highway Patrol for assisting us in the incident and helping take these suspects into custody safely," they expressed.
