According to Seattle Police Department Blotter, the incident occurred on Tuesday, around 8:15 p.m., when the assailant allegedly targeted his victim with racial slurs before launching a physical attack.
The altercation began unexpectedly after the suspect burst from his apartment onto the street and promptly began to shout racist language at two individuals engaged in conversation.
