Having groomed her for unknown periods, Magana arranged meet-ups on three separate occasions in the City of Camarillo, where the sexual assaults took place. Reading the media release, it's revealed that prior contact between Magana and the victim was established with intent leading to these heinous acts.

Charges brought forward by the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office include seven felony counts of PC288(a) – Lewd Act Upon a Child. The detectives, apprehending the gravity of such acts, inform that their investigation is far from over. They suspect that Magana may have targeted additional victims who have yet to come forward.
