The Detroit community is rallying to aid in the search of D'Artagnon Forman, a 40-year-old man who has been missing since Sunday, March 16. According to a news article by ClickOnDetroit, Forman was last seen leaving his residence in the 15000 block of Holmur Street, and his absence has raised concerns among his family and law enforcement officials alike.
Although details are limited, we know that D’Artagnon is described as a 6-foot-4-inch, 230-pound man with brown eyes and black hair. The day he disappeared, he wore a distinctive black winter coat with fur on the hood, a plaid shirt, black jeans, and red and black gym shoes. His circumstances are poignant, as his mother has informed authorities that he is challenged with schizophrenia and has difficulty hearing in his right ear.
D'Artagnon's disappearance was also the subject of a social media plea for public assistance by the Detroit Police Department's Missing Persons Unit. On Wednesday, a post shared via the unit's Facebook page echoed the community's need for vigilance and support. The post stated, "Please help us find missing D’Artagnon Forman. If you have any information, please call Detroit's 10th Precinct at (313) 596-1040 or 911."
Local authorities are requesting that anyone with information promptly come forward. Those who might have seen Forman or know of his whereabouts are urged to immediately contact the Detroit Police Department's 10th Precinct at 313-596-5740 or to report details to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak Up anonymously.
