Traffic resumed gradually after the CHP opened the three rightmost lanes at approximately 3:30 p.m., but the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes remained closed for a longer duration as detailed by CBS Los Angeles, and it was only just after 4 p.m. that reports confirmed all lanes had been reopened.
