As per News3LV, Rowe is facing charges including conspiracy to make a false statement during a firearm acquisition, aiding and abetting, and the illegal sale or transfer of firearms to a banned individual.
Rowe, apprehended in Las Vegas's 2600 block of Concord Heights Street, at about 2:40 p.m., is suspected of buying these guns in 2021 to fuel a feud between the Crips gang and a rival faction; his arrest, made possible with the aid of the Clark County School Police Department, has him now facing the judicial system in the U.S. District Court of Nevada, Las Vegas, U.S. Marshal Gary Schofield remarked that "This arrest sends a clear message—those who support gang violence will be stopped," a sentiment echoed by law enforcement committed to curb the flow of illegal firearms and resultant violence, the force behind this includes officers from multiple agencies like the Carson City Sheriff’s Office and Boulder City Police Department also the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives played a crucial role in this success, as per KTNV.
