Early Monday morning, a man was hospitalized following a violent altercation at the Puente Hills mall in the City of Industry. According to KTLA, the fight broke out around 12:30 a.m. near Round1 Bowling & Arcade, resulting in one man being seriously injured. The victim was seen being transported to the hospital on a stretcher, leaving his condition a matter of speculation amidst a criminal investigation that seeks to shed light upon the events that transpired.
Authorities are currently in pursuit to find two men believed to have quickly fled the scene. Although it remains unclear what specifically sparked the fighting, deputies have clarified that the confrontation occurred in or near the bowling alley's location at 1600 S. Azusa Ave. It has not been established whether the suspects knew the victim before the attack or whether the fight stemmed from a chance encounter.
