
An early morning collision in Boyle Heights resulted in one fatality and three individuals sustaining serious injuries on Saturday. The Los Angeles Fire Department reported that the incident occurred at approximately 12:13 a.m. on N. Brittania Street near Cesar Chavez Boulevard and the 10 Freeway. Contrary to initial reports which mentioned three cars, footage from the scene showed that four vehicles were involved.
Paramedics on location pronounced one person dead at the scene, while the three other victims were transported to a hospital for treatment of their injuries, which were described as "at least serious," according to the LAFD alert.
