Two teenagers have been apprehended in connection with the harrowing home invasion of Houston influencer Kaitlyn Siragusa, known as Amouranth, a streaming sensation with a significant following online. Dylan Nesho Campbell, 18, and Demarcus Morris Jr., 17, face serious charges including aggravated kidnapping and robbery, authorities suggesting the suspects demanded cryptocurrency while threatening Siragusa with a firearm, , as per court records shared by KHOU.

The assault, occurring within the confines of Siragusa's own home late at night, saw the influencers husband, Nick, firing upon the intruders after orchestrating a response that included donning a Kevlar vest, securing a weapon, and notifying the police; an event that led to one suspect being struck by gunfire and their subsequent retreat and this all captured on a network of security cameras, Siragusa recounted being pistol-whipped multiple times and fearing for her life, "I thought I was going to die because they kept beating me," Siragusa recalled in an interview obtained by KHOU.

Further investigation by the police tied a getaway vehicle, a Toyota Camry seen circling the property prior to the break-in, to Bryan Anthony Salazar Guerrero, 19, who confessed to being the driver during the attempted heist, as reported by the Houston Chronicle. Based on footage and the tracking of a license plate initially reported stolen, detectives managed to stop the vehicle in Dickinson, discovering evidence that linked Salazar Guerrero to the crime scene.

After the incident, Siragusa and her husband have greatly increased their home’s security, hiring armed guards. The individuals accused of the crime will soon face legal proceedings. The arrested suspects are scheduled for court, with Campbell and Morris appearing on March 17, and Salazar Guerrero, released on bond, due in court in April, as per Houston Chronicle.
