McKay, 6'2" with brown/gray hair and blue eyes, was last seen on February 18, getting off an RTC bus at Maryland Parkway and Harmon Avenue in Las Vegas. He was wearing a navy blue Patagonia ball cap, eyeglasses, a dark long sleeve T-shirt, dark sweatpants, dark New Balance shoes with a "white N on sides," and carrying a faded black High Sierra backpack. McKay is considered missing and endangered due to medical concerns, as reported by the Boulder City Police Department.
McKay was reported missing from Boulder City. He has a medical condition that causes seizures and does not have his medication with him, as mentioned by Hoodline.
