Clark County held a graduation for participants of the Mental Health Court program, which started in February 2024. Judges Eric Goodman and Nadia Wood created the program to help misdemeanor offenders with serious mental illnesses. The program connects participants to services such as housing, medication management, counseling, group therapy, and occupational therapy. The goal of the program is to reduce repeat offenses and support long-term stability. Clark County Commission Chairman Tick Segerblom delivered remarks during the graduation ceremony.
