On Tuesday afternoon, a man, reportedly around 30 years old, was discovered lifeless beneath a blanket in Alhambra. The Alhambra Police Department was alerted to a man sleeping at the 1200 block of W. Valley Blvd around 1:20 P.M., and upon their arrival, they found the man dead, as reported by the Alhambra Police Department's Facebook page.
Upon investigation, a commercial trailer backing into a loading bay did not see a man resting in the streets, and the resulting collision ended his life. The Los Angeles County Coroner’s office has since taken custody of the body, working tirelessly to confirm the man's identity, according to the official news release.
