
The New York Police Department has issued a plea to the public for assistance in locating a missing girl from the Bronx. Serenity Roaye-Whitehead, aged 13, was last seen last Friday, leaving her home around 7:20 p.m. According to PIX11 News, she has not been heard from since her disappearance.
Described as a Black female, standing about 5’1” and weighing 110 pounds. Roaye-Whitehead has black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen donning a red hooded sweatshirt, blue socks, and cream sandals. Bronx News shared a photograph of the missing teenager, which has been disseminated by authorities in hopes of aiding her safe return.
Residents of the area and anyone with information on Serenity's location are being urged to step forward. The NYPD has guaranteed confidentiality for all tips provided. Details can be submitted by various means – calling the NYPD's Crime Stoppers hotline, using their website, or by sending a text message to a specified number with the required information.
