The Philadelphia Police Department has issued an appeal to the public to aid in locating missing 12-year-old Samir Jubilee. According to a statement released by the department, Samir was last seen on April 11, around 4:00 PM on the 6600 block of Yocum Street.
Details provided by the authorities describe Samir as standing 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing about 100 pounds. At the time he went missing, he was dressed in black and white sneakers, black and white striped pants, and a dark colored sweater. The community and anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts are urged to come forward and urgently assist in closing the gap between uncertainty and reunite a child with his family.
The Philadelphia Police Department's Southwest Detectives division is heading the search efforts for the missing juvenile.
