
The Florida Highway Patrol is on the hunt for a motorcyclist involved in a shooting on Interstate 4, which occurred over the last weekend. According to FOX 35 Orlando, the incident occurred near Tampa, and the target was a 34-year-old St. Petersburg man driving a Honda CR-V. The driver, fortunately, escaped the event unscathed after being shot at by one of the motorcyclists he was filming for their erratic behavior.
Details from ClickOrlando report that the shooting happened around 2:30 a.m. yesterday, with the suspect pulling up alongside the Honda and firing multiple rounds into the vehicle. Authorities have yet to identify the gunman, who is described as a white male and was seen to be wearing a jacket emblazoned with the logo of the "Outlaws Motorcycle Club."
The motorcyclists involved were last spotted close to the Interstate 275 junction in Downtown Tampa. According to ClickOrlando, the Florida Highway Patrol has yet to determine where the bikers entered I-4. As the suspected gunman remains at large, FHP Tampa has issued a call for assistance, appealing to the public for any information that could lead to an arrest in this case.
