Upon arrival at the scene near 11675 North Glenoaks Blvd, firefighters discovered five people affected by the incident. Four of them had sustained injuries and were subsequently transported to a local hospital for medical attention. According to LAFD’s alert, two of the victims, both 29-year-old men, were in serious condition due to the high-impact nature of the crash. A pair of women, ages 55 and 60, suffered minor injuries in the collision. Footage taken at the scene revealed significant damage to both large pickup trucks, with debris scattered across the roadway.
The aftermath of the accident disrupted traffic along Glenoaks Boulevard as emergency vehicles and responders worked the scene. A fifth individual, a 60-year-old man, was also involved in the crash but declined medical treatment, opting to remain at the scene.
While the exact cause of the accident is still unknown, speed has been cited as a possible contributing factor to the severity of the crash.
