Patrick Tucker, a 28-year-old man from Schenectady, has been sentenced to 188 months (15 years and 8 months) in federal prison for distributing methamphetamine, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York and the DEA.

As per the U.S. Attorney's Office release, Tucker pleaded guilty to selling meth on three occasions between January and March 2023. After his indictment, he fled supervision, prompting a high-speed police pursuit that was later halted to ensure public safety. He was eventually arrested by U.S. Marshals and found in possession of additional narcotics.

In addition to the prison term, U.S. District Judge Anne M. Nardacci ordered Tucker to serve four years of supervised release following his imprisonment. The case was investigated by the DEA and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Dustin C. Segovia.
