
Following a serious incident in Temecula, two men have been arrested on charges of attempted murder. On March 30, deputies responded to a report of an assault involving a deadly weapon at Old Town Front Street and 3rd Street. According to information provided by the Riverside County Sheriff's Office, they found an adult male with stab wounds; the suspects had fled the scene.
The victim received medical treatment and was subsequently released from the hospital. Enlisting the assistance of both local and regional law enforcement, investigators were able to identify and track down 28-year-old Kevin Vo and 32-year-old Ivan Isayev as the primary suspects. Issued warrants culminated in their capture, with Vo apprehended in Rocklin and Isayev in Murrieta.
Kevin Vo, discovered in the Rocklin area by the Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force, Rocklin Police Department, and Roseville Police Department on May 20, has been booked and awaits extradition. Southwest Station investigators executed a search warrant at his premises, ensuring compliance and gathering potential evidence.
While operating in tandem, the Riverside Sheriff's Special Enforcement Bureau succeeded in apprehending Ivan Isayev in the city of his residence. During Isayev's capture, personnel from the Southwest Sheriff’s Station performed two related search warrants. Now, he resides in the Cois Byrd Detention Center, processing through the legal system.
