CBS News Los Angeles reports Harris stands out not only because of his stature but also due to distinctive features such as having a bald head and, as per a November 2024 image shared by the department, gray facial hair. Officials are striving to actively circulate his description in hopes that someone will come forward with information that can lead to his capture.
