According to an announcement by the St. Johns County Clerk’s Office, Clerk Brandon J. Patty expressed his excitement about the development, "We’re thrilled to offer these services closer to home for our Julington Creek residents," he remarked, emphasizing the appointment-only model for better customer service.
Located at 725 Flora Branch Blvd, the Julington Creek Annex will operate from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with appointments necessary to access services. This move, designed to cater to the convenience, of local residents will spare them the long commutes often required for official matters. Services offered at this location include document recording for vital records like deeds and mortgages, passport applications, and marriage licences complete with the option for on-site ceremonies, and notary services.
The St. Johns County Clerk's Office has detailed the available facilities at the Annex.
