
A mobile home in the Tropicana Village Mobile Home Park was engulfed in flames late Thursday night, displacing four adults and causing significant financial damage. As reported by News3LV, the Clark County Fire Department received alerts of the fire at approximately 10:30 p.m. and arrived swiftly at 5900 Tropicana Ave near Jones Blvd.
Upon arrival, the first responders witnessed smoke billowing from the residence. Despite the chaotic scene, the fire crew managed to perform a search for victims and successfully doused the flames within a scant 12 minutes, 8 News Now reported. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, either among the civilian residents or the fighting firefighters.
The four adults residing in the mobile home were displaced as a result of the fire, which rendered the structure uninhabitable. According to officials, the blaze caused an estimated $100,000 in damages. No injuries were reported.
Authorities have not yet determined the cause of the fire, and the investigation remains ongoing. Fire crews were assisted by Southwest Gas and NV Energy to manage utilities and ensure safety during containment efforts.
