Las Vegas is offering a 3.44-acre site in Symphony Park, known as parcel J/K, for development. According to the City of Las Vegas, officials are seeking a developer for a "unique and iconic project" in the southeast corner of the park. Proposals may include retail, restaurant, or mixed-use concepts.
Proposals for projects in downtown Las Vegas' Symphony Park can be submitted through the city’s official website. Symphony Park is a 61-acre area that is being developed for arts, culture, science, and medicine. It is located next to a city parking garage and near the World Market Center Las Vegas, offering a central location for potential development, as reported by the City of Las Vegas.
Symphony Park in Las Vegas includes The Smith Center, Discovery Children's Museum, and the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center. A new AC Marriott/Element by Westin hotel is expected to open this fall. The Las Vegas Museum of Art is planned nearby, and more than 600 residential units are now open, with additional units under development. The city has released a request for proposals for further development in the area, as stated by the City of Las Vegas.
