
A shooting incident in East Baltimore has left a man hospitalized with a gunshot wound to his foot, according to local authorities. The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to a report of a walk-in shooting victim at an area hospital around 6 p.m. last night, as Baltimore Witness reported.
The 34-year-old man, found suffering from his injuries, is currently listed in stable condition. The shooting, as per the preliminary investigation, occurred in the 2000 block of Sinclair Lane, where detectives believe an unidentified male shot the victim. Officers who spoke to the victim at the hospital assumed control of the investigation, searching for leads in a neighborhood striving to cope with the frequency of such violent episodes.
