Bucks County detectives have brought multiple felony charges against a Warminster man, Christopher L. O'Neill, for his involvement in the possession and distribution of child pornography. According to a Bucks County Government announcement, O'Neill, 46, is facing allegations that include the utilisation of artificial intelligence to create some of this repugnant material. Furthermore, he is connected to a recent burglary incident where he reportedly stole a girl's underwear.
The District Attorney's Office initiated an investigation into O'Neill on June 10, 2025, propelled by multiple CyberTips from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. During this time, detectives to find alleged evidence against O'Neill. The inquiry revealed that between September 26, 2024, and May 7, 2025, O'Neill had saved, shared, and uploaded a disturbingly large amount of child sexual abuse materials. The discovery included 694 photos and videos within Google Photos, and two images from PicsArt, with some content being confirmed as artificially generated.
