A Coleman, Texas, man with distinctive tattoos, has received a 720-month sentence in federal prison for producing disturbing child sexual abuse material. The sentence was announced by Acting United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas, Nancy E. Larson.

Information from court documents revealed that in July 2024, the FBI's Victim Identification Program was alerted to the material through a tip from a foreign partner who spotted it on the dark web. Tattoos on the offender, including "DABBY" on his chest, "197x" on his left bicep, and "CAST NO STONES" on his left forearm, as well as a Texas-shaped head flag tattoo, led to the identification of Christopher Lynn Driskill. Larson's office disclosed that a Twitter account containing photographs of Driskill, along with his identifiable markings, facilitated the FBI in linking the crimes to the Coleman resident.

In a separate investigation by the local police following a molestation complaint, an interview with Driskill exposed the matching tattoos initially investigated by the FBI. Driskill, 49, was arrested in November 2024 and soon after, indicted on charges of producing child pornography. Entering a guilty plea to two counts in February 2025, Driskill admitted in his plea documents to making videos on his phone that captured him in sexually explicit conduct with minor boys and acknowledged coercing the victims to record the abuse.

On Tuesday, U.S. Circuit Judge Andrew Oldham handed down the statutory maximum of 360 months on each count, to be served consecutively for a total of 720 months in federal prison. "The FBI's meticulous work identifying this defendant brought an end to horrifying child abuse," Larson said, as per the Justice Department's website. She further emphasized the importance of lengthy sentences for such "sickening crimes" for the victims, community safety, and justice.
