According to Click2Houston, Nancy Herndon, the alleged ringleader, was arrested and faces charges of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and First-Degree Money Laundering. Her Texas City residence was also seized during the raids. Alongside Herndon, five employees were charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, with $42,449 in cash being removed from the game room in question.

The other individuals arrested and facing similar charges include Summer Gilliland, 56; Irene Salazar, 53; Angela Coffman, 54; and Michelle Gilliland, 64. Moreover, an arrest warrant remains active for Maria Anaya, 58, as reported by FOX 26 Houston. The county authorities have not disclosed further details about the ongoing investigation or the suspects involved beyond the immediate facts of the bust and the active warrant.

The Sheriff's Office has affirmed its dedication to dismantling illegal activities that threaten the safety and welfare of the community. "The department remains committed to dismantling such operations," a spokesperson told Click2Houston.
