Dwight Malone, 68, was arrested after allegedly making threats against staff at a Navy Federal Credit Union during a dispute over a $60 withdrawal. According to Bexar County jail records, he faces charges of third-degree felony terroristic threats against a public servant and criminal trespassing.
FOX San Antonio reported that on Wednesday last week, Malone entered the bank to withdraw funds and became heated with a cashier, allegedly stating, “I am going to withdraw my $60, I’m going to get my $60 or I will kill all of you.” An attempt by another employee to calm him reportedly led to another threat, “I'll take you on a one way trip and you will never come back,” according to the arrest affidavit. Before leaving, he allegedly threatened the remaining staff.
The Undercoverist reported that this was not Malone’s first issue at this credit union. He was taken into custody and booked into the Bexar County Adult Detention Center on Saturday.
