
The National Weather Service in Milwaukee warns of patchy fog this morning on September 16th. People in east central, south central, and southeast Wisconsin—especially in the lower areas of the Wisconsin River Valley and near Lake Michigan in Sheboygan, Ozaukee, Washington, and Waukesha Counties—should expect low visibility as they start their day, according to the National Weather Service.
Milwaukee’s Tuesday started with light mist and high humidity at 93%, with visibility only about five miles. The fog should clear by 8 a.m., leading to a sunny day with a high near 78°F. Light southeast winds will pick up to around 5 mph in the morning. In the evening, skies will stay clear, and the temperature will drop to a comfortable 60°F, as reported by the National Weather Service.
For the rest of the week, expect sunny days and mostly clear nights. Daytime temperatures will be in the high 70s, cooling to the low 60s at night. Winds will stay calm but turn east and pick up to 5 to 10 mph in the afternoons. As the week goes on, Friday brings a 20% chance of showers with partly cloudy skies. The weekend may see scattered showers and thunderstorms, especially after noon on Saturday. Rain chances stay around 30% through Monday, as per the National Weather Service.
