
The National Weather Service in Milwaukee has issued its latest forecast, and it's looking like a mostly sunny outlook for the region with daytime temperatures comfortably settling into the low to mid-70s over the next several days; a welcome reprieve for those weary of the summer's humidity and heat. According to the National Weather Service forecast, today will bring mostly sunny skies with a high near 71 and a gentle north wind at around 5 mph, while the evening will remain mostly clear as temperatures drop to a low around 57.
Friday will be sunny with a high near 76°F and winds shifting from west to north at 5–10 mph. Friday night will be clear with a low around 58°F and light northeast winds becoming calm, according to the NWS.
Saturday will be sunny with a high near 78°F and light southwest winds. Saturday night will be mostly clear with a low around 60°F and a light west breeze. Sunday will also be sunny with a high near 77°F, then mostly clear at night with a low around 60°F, according to the NWS.
Monday through Wednesday will stay mostly sunny, with highs in the low to mid-70s and lows around the upper 50s to near 60°F. Tuesday night may be partly cloudy, according to the NWS.
NWS Milwaukee says some fog may form in the early mornings and late nights, mainly in river valleys and low areas. No severe weather is expected, and spotter activation isn’t needed. Overall, residents in eastern, south central, and southeast Wisconsin can expect clear skies and comfortable fall weather this week.
