The board announced the settlements yesterday, with each person agreeing to pay a civil monetary penalty of $250 after failing to file their City Statement of Financial Interests on time, according to the City of Philadelphia release.
The violations, all tied to the city’s rules on timely financial disclosures, have been settled. The Board of Ethics emphasized that even minor infractions carry consequences, highlighting the city’s commitment to transparency and accountability.
Among those cited were J. Louis Felton, Karl Kriegh, Sarah Ricks, Esq., and Roger S. Tenant Sr. Detailed information about each settlement agreement, including the nature of the violations and stipulated financial penalties, is available on the Board of Ethics website.
