Carol Thomas, a 13-year-old juvenile, was last observed on the 73xx block of Belden St. Details of her physical appearance have been widely circulated in hopes of a member of the public providing a tip to aid in her safe return.
Described as standing 5'2" tall and weighing around 130 lbs., Carol has brown eyes and straight black hair. She was last seen dressed in a black Essentials hooded sweatshirt, and pink tights. The authorities, alongside Carol’s family, are deeply concerned for her well-being and are urging anyone with information to step forward.
The search for Carol is actively coordinated by the Northeast Detective Division. In a plea for public support, the Philadelphia Police Department has provided contact details for tips and leads. They suggest calling 215-686-3153 directly, or dialing 911, especially if there is an immediate sighting.
