Leadership UA is organizing a Candidates Night set for September 30 at the Municipal Services Center located at 3600 Tremont Road, as reported by the City of Upper Arlington's official website.

Key positions are open for contest this election cycle. Four seats on the Upper Arlington City Council will be decided. Among those are the seats of Council Vice President Brian Close and Council Member Jim Lynch, who are both completing their second terms and are unable to run again. Council President Ukeme Awakessien Jeter is seeking a second term, while Council member Kathy Adams resigned after moving from the community, leaving her seat open. John Cousins, Nic Fortkamp, Laura Oldham, Michael B. Stafford, and Benjamin Tracy have been confirmed as city council candidates by the Franklin County Board of Elections.

For the Upper Arlington School Board, two seats are available, with incumbents Lou Sauter and Nidhi Satiani running for reelection. They are joined by newcomer Francis C.
