
The Collin County Sheriff's Office in McKinney, Texas, recently celebrated a new batch of law enforcement professionals. According to the Collin County Sheriff's Office, 12 recruits have officially completed their Basic County Corrections Course (BCOC) and passed their state exam, earning certification as Detention Officers.
This accomplishment signals the start of a career dedicated to public service within the Collin County jail system. The Sheriff's Office has extended congratulations to the group, expressing pride and optimism for their future contributions to the community. "We're incredibly proud of this group as they begin their careers serving Collin County," the Collin County Sheriff's Office statement reads, "We wish them the very best as they step into this important role. Y’all are going to do great things!"
