A man driving a Ford Taurus lost control, resulting in the car slamming into a residence, creating a substantial hole in the structure.
The driver was transported to a hospital and is said to be in stable condition. Meanwhile, the occupants of the impacted home were reportedly unharmed in the incident. As the Detroit Police continue their investigation into the circumstances of the crash, early indications point to speed or intoxication as potential factors, though this has yet to be confirmed.
