Dublin City Council has recently greenlit the Bridge North development agreement, a collaboration between Indus Hotels and The Daimler Group, Inc. According to the City of Dublin, this project is set to bring a multi-faceted addition to its Bridge Street District. Bridge North plans to introduce 75,000 square feet of premier office space, 280 multi-family units, retail establishments, a parking structure, and a 150-key Tempo by Hilton hotel.

Located on Riverside Drive, between John Shields Parkway and Tuller Road, the development aims to extend the success of the existing Bridge Park, reinforcing Dublin's reputation as a prime location for business and workforce in Central Ohio. Construction is scheduled to kick off in 2026. Jeremiah Gracia, the Director of Economic Development, emphasized the impact of this expansion, stating through the City of Dublin, "The addition of 75,000 square feet of new office space in Bridge North will give businesses more opportunities to grow in or locate to Dublin while keeping their teams connected to world-class amenities, including restaurants, markets, health and wellness options, recreation and walking paths."

Supported by a public-private financing structure, infrastructure enhancements will be integral to the Bridge North project. These will include more than 610 parking spaces, road adjustments, expansion of the Dublink fiber network to accommodate the new development, and the introduction of open green space amenities.

As of now, the Bridge North Preliminary Development Plan is under review. A final proposal is expected to soon be presented to the City’s Planning & Zoning Commission and will then proceed to the City Council for approval. The construction process is anticipated to unfold in stages, aiming for initial occupancy by 2028.

Dublin, Ohio, is home to nearly 50,000 residents and is often recognized for its responsive services, attractive housing, excellent public education, and innovative technology. The city hosts more than 20 corporate headquarters and over 4,300 businesses. Bridge North is seen as a further step in maintaining Dublin's global appeal and its dynamic, strategic growth.
