Last night, a family dispute turned deadly in west Las Vegas. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police were called to a shooting that happened shortly before 8 p.m. on Burningwood Lane. As per FOX5 Vegas, responding officers found three individuals with gunshot wounds. One was declared dead at the scene, while the other two were rushed to the hospital. Their conditions remain undisclosed.

The victims, identified by officers, turned out to be a married couple in their early 50s and their son in his mid-20s, reported from a residence within the 1600 block of Burning Wood Lane. "It appears that an argument broke out, and during that argument, several firearms were produced, which resulted in an exchange of gunfire," Lt. Robert Price explained in a statement obtained by News3LV, in a frenzied event that culminated with all parties being shot.

The LVMPD homicide detectives have taken over the ongoing investigation. At the moment, police have confirmed that all involved in the incident have been accounted for and there are no suspects at large. However, the details surrounding the incident, including what led to the gunfire and who fired the shots, remain under scrutiny.

Authorities are reaching out to the public for assistance. They urge anyone with information related to the tragic event to reach out to LVMPD’s homicide section, or, for those wishing to stay anonymous, to contact Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555.
