Goldsboro Man in Critical Condition After Late-Night Shooting on Sherard Court

A Goldsboro community is reeling after a man was critically injured in a shooting that occurred last Saturday night. Police responded to reports of a disturbance around 10:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Sherard Court, according to CBS 17. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Da'Shaun Tyree Webb, 29, from Goldsboro, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim was swiftly transported to UNC Health Wayne by the Wayne County EMS and subsequently taken to ECU Health Medical Center. ABC11 reports that Webb is currently in a critical condition following the incident. The authorities have yet to release any information regarding potential suspects as the investigation is in progress.
